Everyone can enjoy our fine art, which features original works covering a wide array of subjects. Some of the mediums we work with include:
Commissioning a piece of art work is a rare joy. Seeing your personal image become a reality though the eyes of a painter is a magical thing. The process is fairly straight forward and is fun and creative for all. This is how it works:
- You contact Olivier Studios through e-mail or over the phone.
- We arrange a time to discuss the ideas and goals for the piece or pieces and how we will accomplish them. (Some pieces will require a photo shoot to create the refference images for the painting.)
- Subject matter, size, medium and pricing are decided upon.
- A payment of 1/2 the amount is given in the beginning and the painging process begins.
- Sketches are created and reviewed by both you and the artist. Once approved the image goes onto canvas.
- During the painting process there is open communication between the artist and the client.
- There is an in-person review of the work sometime around the 3/4 mark, when possible and as needed.
- The painting is completed and approved by both artist and client.
- The balance of the payment is made.
- The painting goes home with a light coat of retouch varnish. It can be given another coat of varnish after a Year.
